I've Just Installed Stable Diffusion Locally and It's Running Slowly

I just installed stable diffusion locally. I've been using the whole lab the whole time So good. Even with my monster computer. It still runs kind of slow You know the photos. Imagine how many CPUs companies are gonna need to render out, you know one photo takes 30 40 seconds and that's not even upscaled. Then times that by 60 to get or 30 to get one second now times that by another, you know 60 seconds just to get one minute. That's a beast time of rendering and then you don't really have any controls to Modify it anymore, you know, so it's kind of weird.
