OA After Reconstruction Compared to Rehab Only?

The surgical procedure itself may have a negative impact on long-term joint health than OA, which kind of makes them quite a large trauma to the joint. Now, if we think about healing, this rehab only group is going to have a mix of healed and non-healed. So, it kind of makes sense that if the knee- if ACL can regain continuity and heal without that additional surgery or trauma they may have less osteoarthritis in the future. But we need to wait for time, don't we? By 10 years, around 50% of people get OA after reconstruction. We need to wait around another, you know, 8 or so years. Yeah.
