How to Contact a Seller Support Agent?
If it's something that needs to be solved, call them. And if you don't have time, get your assistant to call them because there's nothing wrong with setting up your assistant with the phone. We also have a lot of Excel support agents. Almost all our agents come directly out of a seller supportBecause that makes it easier. They already know how to get things solved. The KPI is everything everyone has to meet. Our clients do anything from a 25k a month up to a couple of million dollars a month. But the biggest sweet spots kind of like 30 to 250,000 a month.
