Have you got your woot band on at the moment? Yes, always. Let's have a truth off on the woot band then. How many hours sleep did you get last night? I got seven hours, 55 minutes of sleep and three hours were restorative. And what does that make your recovery? I actually only had yellow recovery, but I think that's because I did a lot of activity yesterday and I probably didn't recover very well.
