He's not saying we should bypass the doctors at all but he is saying you wouldn't want to go in the near future and probably won't even want to go to a doctor. "I think doctors are a lot more ethical than lawyers they have the Hippocratic oath to save people I don't think there's a similar oath with lawyers"
