We're going to be talking about quantifying our technicians and the data that's around all these sterile processing conversations regarding staffing. So you've got terms like PTO, FMLA, FTE, productive versus non-productive orientation. There's just so many different terms and they come into that. Productive hours is obviously what is being produced. In the HLD world it's a clean scope or a clean device. And I say clean, high, little disinfected. That's why I'm also part of this discussion.
