What Is the Language That He Used?

This passage does contain my revelation, curiosity. What was the language that he used? People's multitudes, nations and tongues. And so that's translated different ways. But I think there's four different times that that set of four things occurs. Every time it occurs in revelation is in a different order - which I've always been intrigued by.
