The British Government's History of Imperialism
The project was funded by Adam Smith International and another organization, which worked together in a consortium. The group wanted to obtain information from the Palestinian refugee camps. There's way more support for al-Qaeda in England than there is in Palestine. And so they know that because of the British government's history of imperialism specifically, Palestinians are inherently going to be suspicious of UK research on them.
