An app is only so capable of recognizing the moments where a user has an opportunity to learn something. We have these help documents that if we do our job right, users know where to access them and they know how to search through it effectively. I think that people are what are really great as a source of continuous onboarding.

Rob Haisfield is a behavioral product strategy and gameful design consultant. He applies behavioral science and game design principles to products to influence user behavior.
