Whitley: We know of for at least 40 years, thousands of people in the US, UK, all over the world have had this experience. And no health authority, not that US Centers for Disease Control or any of the other health authorities have lifted a finger to look into the lives of these people,. Not a finger. No effort has been made to determine what this is from a mental health viewpoint and a physical health viewpoint.
