Empathy Is a Great Tool for Diplomats

Empathy is a great tool for diplomats to have but empathy must be measured by your own assessments of your own interests right you know it must be tempered by that. It's also important to understand that what the other side is maybe doing with you so it's useful for diplomats to therefore even think of and again at all levels I'm talking about not just diplomats engage in foreign affairs work folks who are at different ministries engaging in economic diplomacy engaging in military diplomacy understanding the system develop empathy because that may help you arrive at workable solutions.
