Introduction

Mark Mackler is the president der of the convention of the states, an organization that's been working for a number of years to get uin to state the different united states on board with a constitutional convention. They think modifying the constitutions something that conservatives are generally pushed back against these days. The federal government originally had 17 enumerated powers in the united states constitution. Now i would argue, if you look at what the course done, maybe it's 17 hundred, i don't know, it's pretty unlimited. And so instead of having a federal government of limited, enumerated powers, we have a federal governmentof unlimited, unenumerated powers.
