Mortgage Rates

Last week was just kind of a freak out for everybody, including me, trying to lock in a rate. I think we're going to start to slowly see them fall back to the more middle of the pack. No one's really immune at this point. We're talking about borrowers that have good credit, that have pretty standard finances. So it is better most of the people i spoke to around the er the feds rat hike last week said they thought rates would probably stick around the five and a half, five point seven five range.
