The Importance of Classification in Spinal Imaging

I think that, you know, there's a lot to talk about in terms of how we rate things that doesn't require you to actually you know, see the images. I must admit that I don't specifically report Mueller and Kang but kind of do because I combine elements of them into how I report at each level. So for example, I might say C45 moderate canals stenosis due to circumferential disbold with flattening of the anterior cord, normal cord signal is maintained.
