In general if you start home brewing you're going to get a bucket these days hopefully you spend a little extra money and get something in stainless steel so you buy it once and that's it. Usually these things seal on the top right there's some type of lid some type of gas up top and then there's an air lock. This allows the CO2 to come off of the beer right no interesting ways or jury regrays of retaining that pressure right It's just coming off and it's an atmosphere let's just say so slightly over pressure of atmosphere because there's some gases generated but not really pressurized this lets the CO2 come off. Even with the airlock you're building up
