How to Routable Email Your Azure AD Team
This should be widely distributed amongst your IT team. So that's the recommendation, routable email on your admin, co-admin, and forward it maybe to a group mailbox or distribution list. Maybe you could even do like if you're using teams have it posted as a message in teams. You really would want all of your devs, admins, everybody that touches Azure from that management perspective to be able to see these because you don't always realize what somebody else may or may not be using.
