It's so fascinating the stories that we tell ourselves about ourselves, isn't it? Andi my senses, i think you may even sai this explicitly in the like, you don't tend to be the kind of person who likes to reflect. Yet i've seen so many times how helpful taking a little bit of time to reflect can be for us. I was a car Carnegie instructor for many years and one of the corpe elements of it is asking participants to tell a story of achievement. It's remarkable the change it made.
