How to Sideload Extensions in Docker

The Docker desktop is now the end of the running. Every extension has its own really cycle completely independently of desktop. And which means also that the extension providers can just push new versions of their extensions at their own pace. So we docker, we can push this this usage extension when we want. We do a pretty detailed demo, getting into a lot of the features and didn't necessarily make sense to put this in an audio only podcast.
