There are good things from the sociopathic tendencies to kind of play a bit devil's advocate here that we can pull in and should actually be kind of hoping that engineering leaders can aspire to force with high empathy and kindness. It's pretty clear to me even a small organization is that if you think about the possibility of sociopaths entering early they're never going to enter through engineering there's just a cop a base level competence that you need to have that typically I would assume that they don't possess in that way. Right. So 100% think that there should be things that we can learn from this because everything is a learning opportunity to understand why it might be perceived to be a certain way
Jason and Eiso deep dive into corporate politics, hierarchies, and the sociopaths that often sit at the top as they analyze the behaviors of famous C-Level leaders, such as Microsoft’s Steve Ballmer, and pick apart what Engineering Leaders can learn from them.
