Code Spaces Integration to GitHub

I really love local development for all the convenience. To me it makes developing on an iPad a reality like the iPad pro now with the new especially with the new stage manager windowing. It's so nice to have a cluster of machines in a cloud someplace that I can resume into. Sorry if you can hear my dog in the background there. Yeah we like the dog more often.
