Maximize Retirement or Real Estate?
I consider real estate to fit into step seven and eight, because this is hype. Is it anything that you need to touch in the next five years? Doesn't need to be in any financial product like the stock market or the bond market. It needs to be pretty liquid yet. I'm saving money to invest in real estate. Should i put the money in an index fund until i have enough? And should i max out my four or one k before i do that? So it does not sound like she or he is buying their first primary residence. This is for a buying ramansn rental real estate, or something like that.
