Using Per Learning to Classify Phonics of Endangered Languages

The project looks at usingper learning to assist in classifying phonis of endangered languages. What does it mean for a language to go extinct? Essentially, i guss the technical definition would be the last living speaker if the language dies. And that assomes they haven't passed down the language to their community.
