"We plotted these three lines over time and they make sort of a ice cream cone shape," he says. "It became this euphemism for the things we didn't want to actually talk about, recessions or opportunistic finances" The company's goal was to guarantee that at any moment in time it could transition to the one scoop plan without having to make it a slope,. So I could say we are 30% of the way from the two scoop plan to the three scoop plan - that's too far.
