The Dude Likes Tariffs

i think the, ah, national security argument that the trump administration has made in at least a couple of places is probably bogus. It's pretty clear the guy's never been told how tariffs work. And it really seems that the president can't easily gra the idea of a mutually beneficial transaction. But then he's so inconsistent on top of it. How do you predict what he's going to do next on trade? No, weame luck you really can't.
