It's sort of like a franchise, and i co up in that way. The first step is the design team will meet with that home owner or landowner to go through the design process. Once thet is done, then it goes to the local co operative. It's literally a diiable blueprint, so anybody can di it. Most people don't want to. If they own a home. They don't have the time. So if it's a 15 thousand dollar job, the co will walk away with about six thousand bucks when it's done. A that might take like, four people four days. And dam ye. Plus o this is really fun.
