How to Express Your Hurt in a Relationship
If there's been a conflict and you want to now work through it with the person, then you would do beginning anew just with the person you had a conflict with. This third step of expressing your hurt only happens with the person who was part of that situation of hurt. So this wouldn't be done in a larger group. We need to be able to tell the people in our lives that we've been hurt because that's often what leads to real breakdown and communication.
