You Don't Have Time for Fun

i recently had a conversation with a friend whose dad had a stroke and he's paralyzed n the left side of his body. She said she and her mother have started a delight practice with each other, and they've been sending each other delights. i think there are situations where that could have been brushed away with a platitude or they could have acted like it didn't happen. It also im speaks to something that people somehis push back about: well, you don't have time for fun,. There's too many hard things in your life to prioritize fun.
