His legal team has filed to dismiss a lot of the charges that have been laid against him. They're throwing spaghetti at the wall and seeing what sticks is what it looks like, says CNN's John Sutter. He was arrested in Montenegro on charges around document forgery because he had fake passports. But both the US and South Korea are seeking his extradition for much more serious charges.
