Treating impairments is important because it allows you to plan a rehab program that's individualised for that specific patient. I've gone between these points and I'm seeing it in younger physios as well. Treating impairments, I found as a really nice way when I wasn't sure, when I was a bit stumped, but I could treat impairments. That kind of felt like a way out for me until I got to the diagnosis.
