The Evolution of the League Meta for the Next Five Years
Ben Johnson, Mike McDaniel and Shane Steichen were hired last season all from did really cool stuff at their respective team. Kevin O'Connell with the Vikings is also pushing the McVay stuff. The thing that binds these guys not so much McDaniel last year but based on what you've heard about him as an assistant is that they find answers in the run game. I don't think it's different enough from what they've run under other coaches for me to get too interested in it.
