Tyler first came out to family, close friends at the age of 14. He didn't see any clinician until he was 16 and had already been through most of his puberty. The Tavistock offered him counselling for almost a year before starting testosterone across sex hormones in July 2018. Tyler: "I felt like I was given lots of time to think a lot of things through"
