Relationships Are Different

In his study of gifted people, Benjamin Bloom included concert pianists, sculptors and Olympic swimmers. But not people who were gifted in interpersonal relationships. In the fixed mindset, the ideal is instant, perfect, and perpetual compatibility. Mindsets add another dimension to why people often don't learn skills they need or use them.
