i hate doing what my parents said, at least i did growing up. I was trying to eat a little bit of bread and fill up, and it wasn't making me satisfied. All their calories are not io accessible to the body because all those calories are not biologically assessible. For example, let's say you ate some beans - your brain registered that you just ate 200 calorie so you had enough food.
