Morningness and Evenings
There's a genetic predisposition to be a morning person or an evening person. But also development, from about the age of ten, there's a tendency to get up later and later and later. By the time we're 55, 60, we're getting up and going to bed at about the ageof when we were ten. There's probably a major hormonal influence influencing sleep tining. On average, there's about a two hour difference in somebody in their late teens, they want to go to bed two hours later than somebody in the late fifties, early sixties.
