Can You Remember Your Phone Number Backwards?
You know it's interesting that you bring that up in one of my lectures i say can you say your phone number and the answer is and then follow it up with uh can you say backwards that most people cannot. It says that where we're talking about sequential information in the phone number one digit has a pointer to the next digit in the sequence but there are no back pointers. This brings up an interesting idea that it would you say that people with exceptional abilities in things that are not normal like somebody who's just a savant we would call them a savant because they have some skill set that their brains have somehow wired themselves to create additional graph connections for example.
