I typically type up some sort of notes for myself before we record mostly to test my own memory of what happened in the book. And you know, I do that with varying success depending on how much time we have. The ones that are silly and like brain turn offy are just easier a lot of the time because there's less literary import to talk about. There are fewer like real world landmines to cover when you're talking about space jams.
