The Praetorian War on Alexander

The Praetorians had the best seat in the house to witness all of Elagabolas's depravities and being forced to obey all of his orders. The Praetorians flew into a frenzy when they found out that Alexander was not dead, but alive and well right this instant. Furious at being duped into appointing his own replacement, Elagabola immediately wrote Alexander out of his will and revoked the title of Caesar.
