When you abandon yourself and you do things because you think you have to or people want you to, you end up presenting them and complaining about them and gossip. So that man, like that pattern is so big on your health pursuits too, because you're doing what you want. And then you can actually just interact like a normal human and say, Hey, I can't this Friday. How about next Wednesday or could you do next Wednesday or next Friday? That's the people pleaser pause is do I want to and do I have the bandwidth?"
