We need to go back to basics. People don't always articulate that, or when they search for the right thing to do, they don't always focus on the right thing. So tools make us better at what we're already doing. But there's so many opportunities to do things that is bigger, better, faster. Doesn't matter unless it really addresses something that customers care about. Basic, but common sense is not always common practice. We need to re infuse that into our practices.
