The only way to get short CMBS in our market is to use one of these indices. And, you know, we've identified a few tranches in double B space where we believe that for the most part, there's going to be significant losses. A lot of those are gonna be from office, but not all. There's some other issues in different parts of the market. But we just believe that either there will be term defaults, which means they'll default before maturity because they no longer can keep up with their building or they realize that the equity is toast and it's not gonna come back.
