tweedy is doing something here that i really enjoy, and that's partly because i like to do it too. But it is a god trick, and a really useful one. So what he does is he takes the same basic rhymes and structure from the first verse and he re uses them in the second verse. He changes them ever so slightly, without changing the underlying rhyme scheme. The end result is that he gets a second verse that's a sort of semi echo of the first verse.
