Do We Really Need More Transparency Around Payments?

I think industry is worried about it well particularly the good operators because they know how quickly an industry can be ruined and how hard it is to come back from. There's kind of this mixed kind of contradictory thing that happens when we talk to them on the one hand they're saying they they want they want the rules of the game set up so government comes in. I will actually you do because people are not trusting you because they know that things are going on but they don't know who's benefiting and how much. It's how do we get that line right around here are the minimum expectations of industry having the right legislation and regulations in place that are consistent across states which is a big problem
