What Are the Negatives of Low Dose Aspirant?

i have chronic kidney disease and high blood pressure. i had to take a lowdose aspirant every single day during my pregnancy. The main use of aspiron is is for inflammation, it decreases inflammation. There's also the risk of a g i bleeding. And your liver's got ta detoxify that stuff so i don't see the benefit to it.
