I think that's so true and I always think about sort of the sports analogy you know they bring in a new coach they they want the team to do really well. Then you've got this lag because they have to put an environment into place and then over two three four five years which creates this winning team doesn't happen overnight. So we can't have that lag and so the problem is like saying that someone comes and says this is now going to be 20 minutes every day for everybody then that would make a difference but they're not prepared to take out 20 minutes of maths or something else on the curriculum despite all the data. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy so
