I like the idea of wrapping what your level of mastery is in the various like elements of the job. Most knowledge work is multifaceted and so you might be at a different level of mastery around one part of the domain than another. But doing this self-assessing before you show up is always a good call. Right now we're spending a lot of time and energy thinking about data and analytics, customer data. We want to figure out what's going on with customer data. I am not looking for someone to reinvent the industry. I'm just looking for someone that's like, here's how the pros do it. You know?
