Is There a Race to the Bottom?

There's this idea that as people gain more body fat like his body fat percentage goes up, P ratios go down. But the strongest evidence is cross sectional overfeeding studies and untrained people without a resistance training stimulus. So for every kilo of fat or kilo of weight you're gaining, most of its fat and very little of its lean mass. And so Eric Trexler and I mostly Eric looked into that and there's just not good evidence for it.
