You don't need to be a navy seal or clayton makepiece to do the stuff. I would say that my programme is actually more gear towards a beginner, just so that they can have that fundamental basis. It's not like its i it's not kindergarten, you know, ah, Its tough. A lot of people nto it for that reason. But a lot of veterans come into it for that reasons too.
