It's about sustaining the change isn't it? And keeping the focus on it as you move forward. I think that when you get new staff into the school it has to be part of their induction process for them introducing it to them and getting them to understand it. But also you new parents who are coming in as well because it will be something that's very strange or alien to them won't it.? It can really contradict your message so we've looked at our marketing like if you did this a few months ago and I was actually presenting on this similar topic at a conference. We must make sure that this balance is being addressed everywhere.
