The Zone of Proximal Development

A Russian psychologist named Lev Vygotsky had this idea called the zone of proximal development. He found that when parents speak to their to their children they are always subconsciously using language that's just beyond the reach of your child's comprehension. And so as a consultant what I think your job really is Is to push put like to work with your client to put them in the zone of proximally developing.
