Buddhist teachings don't have to be presented as exotic, he says. We're inextricably part of one enormous reality and we are humbled by it. There's a level of total intimacy that even in an ordinary moment,. if we're open to it, we can sense that, you know, we're just part of it. It doesn't seem necessary to me that there are other forms of Buddhism than the ones I follow.
